With over 5 years of experience as an Architect specializing in luxury residential and commercial interior spaces, I led end-to-end design processes. Utilizing design thinking and project management methodologies, I facilitated cross-functional collaboration, ensuring client buy-in through effective communication and presentation of design concepts.

Livspace is a home interior and renovation company where I worked as Lead Designer.

My Role

Project

Designed 5000 SF high-end 4-bedroom apartments situated in a gated community. The objective was to create a luxurious and personalized space for a client managing a business and raising a small boy. Each step involved extensive discussions on color schemes and themes, aligning with the client's wife's abundant ideas and vision for her ideal home. Delighted to have successfully delivered the project, ensuring utmost satisfaction by bringing the client's dream home to life.

Jamun Restaurant Interiors, Delhi

This immersive design aims to seamlessly fuse the contemporary and traditional, crafting the Jamun experience as a true celebration of India's diverse culinary heritage. Functioning as a regional Indian eatery, Jamun pledges to satisfy even the most discerning cravings for feel-good Indian cuisine.

Revolutionizing India's chai culture, Chaayos, a gourmet cafe, has left an indelible mark on the market with its unique brand identity. Establishing 800 sqft sites in prominent commercial hubs of the city, the design brief prioritized aligning with a specific color palette and crafting an unconventional, functional layout that resonates with the cafe's distinct character and purpose.

ADA Architects: Luxury Residence

This upscale residence project involves the complete overhaul of a unique house with a striking, super-modern geometric design. Prioritizing functionality and intricate details, the client's request was to create a joint family home with a mix of private and semi-private spaces. The outcome achieves a sense of spaciousness and seamless natural light flow, enhancing the house's dynamic living environment.

The client's request was for a duplex for personal use, renting out upper floors in the sought-after area in Delhi, where entrances were designed on both sides to ensure privacy.

AA Architects: Residential Development

In Bangalore's Silicon Valley, the linear site is surrounded by IT MNCs, having grown systematically in the last decade. The challenge was to design compact 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK units under 950-1050 sqft for low-budget housing. A Vastu-compliant plan with internal green courtyards was created to redefine low-budget living.

Situated in the upscale residential hub of central Bengaluru, this property capitalizes on the city's booming IT sector, attracting individuals from far and wide for work and residence, thus driving up rental demand. Leveraging this opportunity, the developer crafted a refined contemporary design, prioritizing both vastu principles and spatial functionality. Attention to privacy and spatial volumes was paramount in the design process, ensuring a harmonious balance of aesthetics for both interior and exterior spaces.

Treeness City: Residential Development

The Splendor Project, spanning 5 acres in Greater Noida, is a pinnacle of opulence. With a towering centerpiece reaching 85 meters and flanked by 45-meter towers, the emphasis is on luxury and energy efficiency. Despite the challenge of a composite climate, the careful design ensures comfort by shielding residents from the harsh sun and maintaining a favorable microclimate. Outdoor spaces are seamlessly integrated as habitable areas, enriching the overall living experience. This project redefines premium housing with its blend of luxury, sustainability, and thoughtful design.

Urban Interventions for Hill Town for Tourism Development

  • Project: Documenting Mall Road

  • Objective: Identify areas of concern and preserve authenticity

  • Intervention areas: Library Square, Tibetan Haat, Clock Tower

  • Design Challenge: Address contour site constraints, create space for tourism and local employment

  • Proposed solution: Social Activity Hub for locals, tourists, writers, artists, etc.

  • Features: Peaceful abode, inner peace zone

  • Revenue enhancement: Donut restaurant, campaign area for tourists

  • Additional proposal: Donut library for locals, tourists, artists

Objective: Conduct a study on Mussoorie for built conservation and propose sustainable tourism interventions while preserving the British colonial town's culture and economy.

Intervention Focus: Address the issue of the Tibetan market, currently disrupting the valley view on the lower mall road with makeshift tent shops.

Proposed Solution: Establish a new market with temporary structures on identified land, facilitated by the development authority, to maintain Tibetan traditions and alleviate the congestion on mall road.

Connectivity Enhancement: Propose a connecting road from the lower mall road to the new market, establishing a link between the new area and the lower mall.

Impact: The Tibetan-themed market becomes a prominent landmark on mall road, offering space for public events and festivals.
